Recruitment Stages
1️⃣Visa issuance
The client issues the recruitment visa through the Musaned platform, and we can assist with this upon request.
2️⃣Selecting the worker
We review with the client the available CVs according to the required specifications (nationality - experience - skills), and the most suitable one is selected.
3️⃣Sign the contract and start the procedures
The contract is signed through the Musaned platform, and then we begin the recruitment procedures directly with the approved authorities in the worker's country (examination, training, paperwork preparation, and travel visa).
4️⃣Arrival and receipt
After completing the procedures, the travel ticket is booked, the worker arrives in the Kingdom, is delivered to the client, and the warranty period begins.

The recruitment process varies depending on nationality and type of profession, but typically ranges between 30 and 90 days . We continually strive to minimize this process as much as possible through efficient electronic procedures and ongoing follow-up.

Yes, Al Sanea Recruitment Office is licensed by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, and we adhere to all the regulations and controls approved by the Musaned platform.
We are keen to select trained workers with previous experience, and they are pre-evaluated by a specialized team at our office to ensure they are suitable for working at home with the family.
We offer a warranty service that includes replacement within a specified period, according to the terms of the contract, in the event that the worker does not meet the customer’s requirements or there is a deficiency in performance.
We provide our customers with regular updates on the status of their order via phone or WhatsApp, in addition to contacting the employee responsible for your order.
Yes, the client can specify the required specifications such as language, age, experience, or skills, and we will select the most suitable candidates based on that.
Yes, we have a dedicated customer support team throughout the contract period to resolve any labor-related issues or inquiries.
Recruitment fees are contracted and paid through the Sadad system on the Musaned platform only.
